Contact Us, Request a Feature, or Remove Account Data

Submit a feature request, share Google Play testing feedback, contact our education team, or request partial/full account & data deletion. All submissions are encrypted at rest (AES-256) in our database.

What happens when you request deletion?

Active account profile, email, uploaded exam scans, and AI trap analyses are permanently purged within 30 days.
Encrypted disaster-recovery backups are automatically overwritten within 90 days.
If you select Partial Deletion, only the specified scans/exams are removed while your account remains active.
